stock down The Los Angeles Rams head home after a tough divisional battle versus thei

Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks: Stock up Samson Ebukam Jersey , out on a quarterback sneak, the Rams remain unbeaten at 5-0 and continued to widen their division lead.Stock DownCB Marcus PetersPeters was absolutely horrible in this game, there’s no two-ways about it. Peters was toasted multiple times for touchdowns as he proved his eyes continue to be the aspect of his game with which you have to live and die with. One can argue that he might have been hurt or not 100% fit to play, but the issues last night did not revolve around his feet - they revolved around his eyes. For a team who invested a ton into the secondary, they need to do a MUCH better job moving forward (not just Peters).Pass rushThe Rams’ pass rush had two sacks in the game (Aaron Donald and Ndamukong Suh) but were invisible for majority of the game. Russell Wilson was given all the time in the world which is surprising because the Seahawks are not known to have a good offensive line. The edge rushers in Samson Ebukam, Matt Longacre, and John Franklin-Myers need to find a way to be much more productive. Not only that, but more is needed from maybe the leagues best interior trio too.Run defenseThe Seahawks had 190 rushing yards with three players (Chris Carson, Mike Davis, Tyler Lockett) all averaging over 5.6 yards per carry. Not good. Now, Carson is a tough runner with an awesome combination of speed and power Authentic Austin Blythe Jersey , but the Rams simply need to do better. They need to be more aggressive and physical at the point of attack up front, and the linebackers need to wrap up better.Stock UpWR Cooper KuppPrior to getting knocked out of the game by way of a concussion, Cooper Kupp simply looked unstoppable. In the first half he managed to register six receptions for 90 yards and one touchdown. Every week a different wide receiver is capable of stepping up and shouldering the work load, and this week was Kupp’s. The dependability that QB Jared Goff and Kupp have developed within each other is quite evident.K Cairo SantosSome may not think Santos belongs here, but I think he does. His missed extra point was awful and put the Rams in a really bad position for sure, but his ability to bounce back from that awful miss and kick the field goal that eventually won the game was impressive. Santos looked comfortable in general (outside of kickoff duties).WR Robert WoodsWoods was tremendous again yesterday with five receptions on seven targets for 92 yards. Woods’ route running ability was putting the Seahawks’ defensive backs in a daze, and he racked up a ton of yards-after-catch as Goff delivered some accurate balls that allowed Woods to never break stride. Rob was huge in continuing the offensive production in the second half when his running mates were knocked out by injuries.ILB Mark BarronIn his return, Barron looked awesome. There were a few instances where his physicality and speed were evident. Barron ensures that ball carriers near/around him are going to feel his impact. Having the speed and coverage ability that Barron does allows the Rams to use Cory Littleton in a manner closer to what Alec Ogletree did for the defense last year.WR’s Josh Reynolds and KhaDarel HodgeGood on these young guys for stepping in and ensuring the offense didn’t come to a halt after two awful injuries. Reynolds made his impact right away with two receptions for 39 yards and a 10-yard end around. Meanwhile, the practice squad call up from a few weeks prior in Hodge also got on the board with a reception for 14 yards (was a great catch) and showed his ability to block. The Rams remain unbeaten at 5-0 and look to continue the streak with a struggling Denver Broncos team in week six. THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles receiver Cooper Kupp is out for the season after tearing a ligament in his left knee, depriving the Rams‘ offense of a major contributor heading into a showdown with Kansas City.Coach Sean McVay on Monday confirmed the ACL injury for Kupp Youth Jared Goff Jersey , who led the Rams in yards receiving last season. Kupp is likely to have surgery this week.“It’s a huge loss for our football team,” McVay said. “He’s such an important part of what we do, and a great football player, great person. It’s tough, but fortunately we’ve got guys that are ready to step up.”Kupp has 40 catches for 566 yards and six touchdowns this season, providing reliable hands in the slot and a knack for big catches. The former third-round pick from Eastern Washington has been a key contributor to McVay’s high-octane passing offense in both of his NFL seasons. His absence will be felt right away by the Rams (9-1), who will be without one of Jared Goff’s most familiar targets when they face the Chiefs (9-1) in Mexico City next Monday night in one of the biggest games of the NFL’s regular season.“He’s been a valuable piece of our team, and a guy we’ll miss,” Goff said. “He’s a tough guy (with) a tough family, and I know he’ll come out stronger through it all.”Kupp was hurt on a play with minimal contact Sunday in in the fourth quarter of the Rams’ 36-31 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. An MRI exam confirmed a torn ligament for Kupp, who already missed two games last month with a sprained left knee after going down awkwardly on a horse-collar tackle by Darian Stewart in Denver.McVay is optimistic about the Rams’ ability to fill Kupp’s role with a mix of receivers.Robert Woods http://www.ramsauthorizedshops.com/authe...ald-jersey , who leads the Rams with 55 catches, is likely to play more frequently in the slot. Fellow starter Brandin Cooks, who leads LA with 857 yards receiving, is likely to get more balls thrown his way after catching a season-high 10 passes against the Seahawks. And second-year backup Josh Reynolds is certain to get more playing time, particularly against the Chiefs.“Josh Reynolds has definitely demonstrated he’s more than capable,” McVay said. “He is a starting-caliber player, and that’s what we’ll do moving forward.”Reynolds has just seven catches this season and just 18 receptions in his 26 career games, but the former Texas A&M star has earned the Los Angeles offense’s trust while filling in for Kupp earlier this season. At 6-foot-3, he also provides a different size matchup on the outside compared to the smaller Cooks and Woods.“I was sorry to hear about (Kupp) like everybody else,” Reynolds said. “I’m just doing my best to fill in there.”The Rams also could get receiver Pharoh Cooper back in their lineup soon. Last season’s Pro Bowl kick returner has been sidelined since the season opener with an ankle injury, but McVay indicated the Rams are likely to make a decision this week on activating Cooper from injured reserve.“He would physically be able to play right now Greg Zuerlein Jersey ,” McVay said. “In terms of if we decide to activate him back, those are a couple things that we have to talk through.”The Rams have been largely healthy this season, with a few glaring exceptions. Along with Kupp’s struggles and Cooper’s season-long absence, Los Angeles has been without cornerback Aqib Talib for the past seven games due to an ankle injury that required surgery.Talib said Monday that he still hopes to return when the Rams face Detroit on Dec. 2 in their first game back from their bye week.Talib also praised his replacements in the secondary and had encouraging words for fellow starter Marcus Peters, who criticized himself after last week’s loss to New Orleans.“That’s just part of playing DB,” Talib said. “I only know one DB who was like perfect all the time, and that’s Prime (Deion Sanders). You’re going to go through those stretches, but that’s why we’ve got short memories. That’s why we play the toughest position on the field.”
