when u get banned on official servers they block ur acces to http://www.lineage2.com also?

No. You just can't log in the game and if you log in on NCSoft website, it appears like banned.

but i cant log in game and on website. but account arent banned.
so question remains. any1 here ever heard that ncsoft ban static ip's but not the accounts?
