Profiles and preminum licens wont word since win7 reinstall

Hi, where is the profiles saved in tower? Saved my entire tower folder on a usb and reinstalled Win7, now i can't load any old profiles...
Also, i can't generate en Premium licens

use renew for licence, and copy profiles from one folder to other
