Problem with Premium key after reloading PC

Hi,
my PC drive died today so I re-installed windows 7 and all the other crap I use.

I cannot activate my Tower, and cannot post into the VIP section now either.

How can I re-activate my premium account?
(The link in the forum takes me to a page I cannot access either).
