C - use in combat, 1 minimalna liczba czlonkow party na jakiej działa skill, 0s- reuse, 100% level od ktorego uzywac...

Dzięki, czyli jak ustawie na np na 3 to skill będzie użyty dopiero jak 3 osobom hp spadnie ponizej wyznaczonego progu?

a to 100% to level czego? HP?
