NEED ADMIN HELP!

Please any admin can help ?,
I pay my premium version and I think I am entitled to your help.
My problem is this, when I open one client Lineage II tower, out the screen below that to cast, but it is not, when I connect the character leaves his name, does the bot, but the hours were bugged ;work stop or off, help please.
