Licence file is corrupted

Need a little help with this one...

I have one pc with which I use ver. 1.4.1.132 to play on official...
I also have installed a virtual machine through which I play on a couple private servers using ver 1.4.1.128

at the 1.4.1.128 I cant create the licence file for the last couple days... (I did a format 2 days ago)

I need to use the virtual machine because I cant play at official and private at the same time without it...

any solutions?
