Key Premium in another PC

Use a premium key on a PC I want to stop using it and use in another and only use normal or have to do something? can someone help me please?

When you create your premium license in your 2nd PC, it will remove premium from 1st PC automatically, and ban that 1st PC of using that premium license for 90 days.

Now if you want to use normal tower on 2nd pc, just create normal license on 2nd pc and 1st pc will be still using premium
