Keto Pro Plus the nuts and the seeds and the the the fish and those kind of things but you know from the aspect of the pro-inflammatory is you know again the processed foods the the sugars I mean sugar is very pro-inflammatory those things and so then if people want to follow that more than again more that inflammatory you know diet and a lot of fishes and it's wonderful again if they don't get to that point of wait a second I don't feel like I should be when everybody's telling my beating this stuff and that's where labs come in yeah and look at some inflammatory labs again if it's something like your have rheumatoid arthritis or Sjogren's or you know whatever maybe as far as the as far as the any autoimmune you might want to go like an AIP and autoimmune Paleo where you take out several things it feels really limited until you until you do you look at all the other ones that you look at and from from from a cost-effective standpoint to monitor how you feel yeah right you can get into these labs and I think some of these labs are wonderful
