i just try set ISS buff to partyer, i anyway set al cant buff for party. who can help you

If your ISS is in your party then easy, //cfg - party buffs, select user and click all the buffs you want to add.

I set ISS buffs as self buffs, only harmony I set as party buffs and it working

I have everyone in my party set up on my buff list, just incase one of them gets a DC etc so when it loggs back in they will get rebuffed right away, just make sure you take target off apart from on the Harmony.
