Help pls

Access Denied !!! Your hardware key is on banned list, did you used RENEW option ?

Help. I have a key a license premium, but the file isn't created, writes this mistake. What to me to make?

The license urgently is necessary a premium, I have a money \key, but to me writes a mistake and doesn't create the license. Help please

I read, simply I don't understand for what a ban and as I don't know English (I use online the translator), I thought that I don't understand sense of a mistake. Free License it is created without a mistake. But i need premium
