help cant run l2.exe with dsetup.dll 137

i have update bot + L2 but when run L2.exe with system 137 it show Error 0xc000007b, i have c++ 2008 2013 .net 4.5 too. help plzzzzz

Can someone help me understand this mistake not respond after I log in?
even exchanging dsetup, and deleted game guard is giving error


alguem pode me ajudar a entender esse erro que nao responde apos eu logar?
mesmo trocando dsetup, e deletado game guard esta dando erro
