Fishing using High grade lures?

It is possible to use high grade lures? If i have it in invetory bot says "Out of baits" and stop using Fishing.

GO to fishing option and set there all bait you have if u finish one of that he will use other what u have... if you remaning with out bail he will stop for sure...
