Tem que criar um bloco de notas com o nome license.cfg ?? e depois por o código que o site dá? é isso? porque não encontrei a pasta license.cfg.. =/

É estou com o mesmo erro dos amigos ai, ja vasculhei em tudo e não consegui solucionar o problema se alguem souber... ficarei grato pela ajuda! ah... e na pasta settings não tem a pasta license.cfg devo criala? abrass
