Error in LoadLibraryA

Hello. I have a problem.
Error in LoadLibraryA, code: 126,msg: Searching modul not found.,arg1: C:\L2 Tower\libs

I'am check with Dependency Walker and download ieshims.dll but error stay.
Dependency show "Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module."

Help please.

same problem here..maybe ncsoft blocked it during the maintenance i guess
protocol version is different ..how is that??

this happened to me after update if i extract and overwrite the files works fine

C\windows\system32\rundll32.exe

load: general erro: call to loadlibraryw in remote process failed
alguem me ajuda por favo como arruma esse bug !!!
