Seriously now, you want us to invent new areas for you?
Those are the areas. The best places are always overcrowded and not suitable for boting.
You want to bot quietly without others interfering, than you must sacrifice some XP.
I've hunted in Fields of Silence at Golems for days and it went great because of the ancient herbs. (herb of slayer = 1 skill / 1 kill)
And in beast farm, using crystal spice. (300-400k/each adult beast)

If you're a fighter. Get a bow and go to Plains of Lizardman

Hint about archer-thing: if u are archer 70+ (if u don't have full Iss buff it is better to go at 76+) go to mithrill mines... In theory u can exp whenever u want there, BUT there are some "mine bug" who will easy kill your bot...
What you have to do so? Just find a corner with only normal mobs and without mine bugs, these mobs have REALLY FAST respawn and u will 2SHOT them, the result is that u make permanently exp without stop any second... I did from 70 to 84 there in 2 days
