Como poder recojer solo las pociones de hp y mp

hola a todos, creo este post para poder saber como puedo hacer que mi personaje recoja solo las pociones de mp y hp , no se nada de esas cosas de plugin o como se llamen , por favor si me pueden responder este pequeño post , antemano , muchas gracias !
