"Access failed" (NOT BANNED)
Hey guys,

I'm playing in a server that I was botting, everything was correct.

Today, the admin does an update and he add anti-bot system, but easy to bypass it, I just edited l2.ini and write the IP of the server and works correctly.

But then, 1 hour later, he does another update... and then I cant open l2 Tower anymore.

SERVER: http://www.l2-invasion.com (Interlude OFF)
ACCOUNT TEST: totest / totest

If you dont enter with the Updater you cant enter in the server, even if you has any 3rd program opened or not, if you edit the l2.ini with the IP you get access failed again and again.

And I repeat, i'm not banned because I tryed with and without the updater and all of my accounts works correctly, the admin says that, everyone who doesnt log in with the updater will get "acess failed" error.

Any idea to by-pass this security? it's L2Off interlude.

Thanks you guys ^^

access failed happen when you trying to log in from client with different protocol version than the allowed versions by the server.

So what I can do to get L2Tower working?

I just edit the l2.ini with 413 protocol, as I do the last time (when it was working) and now it doesnt work =/

If I edit the l2.ini with the ip of the server and I try to connect without any program opened it says the same, i have to open the l2 with the updater or I cant enter =/

Any idea?

Thanks guys! Wink

RE: "Access failed" (NOT BANNED)
you are talking about decryption/encryption for ini file, but its not what sends the packet request.
if you know how to use sniffer, then make script that would modfy the protocol packet in the old system folder to match the new updated system folder.
