Updater update Speed, time left, better progress...
Fixes in shops
Add command .pluginPause
Added events to plugins: OnTeleportToLocation, OnMoveToLocation, OnStopMove
Some minor internal fixes, also fix for bug in items on ground and FPS drop after some time..
