Someone recomends me a trusty high rate/ pvp server, which is balanced in pvp, +/- easy farmable, and that l2 tower actually works there?

The list of servers in this site is not very updated, some server which are on the list, are offline or deleted, or information doesn't actually correspond them.

so if some good pvp server plz tell me
