Application error

Hello guys, i download L2Tower , extract and when i try to run it give me Apllication error "The application failed to initializ properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." this is the error and when i click "OK" all gone.. i try to redownload and re-extract it 3-4 times but the same error Huh
