I have the same problem, when I try to open l2 tower editor it doesn't start, only say "l2 tower editor stopped to work"
I need to configure some pickup filters

you must update Framework 4.5
I have exactly the same problem.
Did update .net framework 4.5, 4.0, 3.5 also the visual basic thingy.
Any other possible solutions?
I use windows 7 64 bit

sorry i can topen editor also and anti bot how i will make it work i'm new i cant make auto augment
