I couldnt find a section where the users report the bugs so the developers are aware. So here I put it.

The iss dominator gets bugged after long time running. What happends is that it will eventually stop buffing and just stands there. It happens like after 2 to 4 hrs.

Farming allmost 48 hours non stop and no problem... so probably something at your side, not bug
