Bom eu notei q mtos aki devem ter o mesmo problema q eu tive com o tower depois dessa ultima atualização de dia 13/14-05-2013...
para resolver o problema basta baixar o DSETUP.dll e e substitui-lo na pasta System e logo após abrir o Tower, e na tela do Tower, vai na ABA ADVANCED e marca a Opção:
[X] Enable Game-Guard block on L2Off Servers
Depois abra e o jogo e pronto!

Realmente houve esse problema, apesar de ter copiado a ddl na pasta, meu problema persistiu. tentei criar outra system etc, mas o problema ainda perdurou ( ontem). Ao abrir as telas, ele simplesmente parava de funcionar. Hoje pela manha eu tentei mexer novamente ( apenas abri o bot e voilá) ele funcionou perfeitamente, acho que tava com TPM ontem, kk.

Well I noticed q mtos aki must have the same problem that I had with the tower after this last updated 13/day 5/14/2013 ...
to solve the problem just download the DSETUP.dll and and replace it in the System folder and then after opening the Tower, and the Tower goes on TAB ADVANCED and tick the:
[X] Enable-Guard block on L2Off Game Servers
Then open and the game and you're done!
PS: for me it worked ~
