Lineage 2 Tower Forum

I create another folder of L2Tower, and when i try to delete the older, system give me one message, L2Tower2.dll are used and canot be deleted, when i finish the process in Task Manager, then the massage say that another program is using the L2Tower2.dll, and still this way till the end of processes , someone can help me?
