So i need a little help understanding heal if anyone could help?
attached is a picture of my set up.
where you select what chars you what to heal, i dont know what % to put this at, if its at 100% does that mean if will alays use the skills, or does that mean if will heal untill 100%
as you can see where you select the skills, i have put what % they should be used if i am correct, and what ordeR?
is this right that it will use panic heal when a player gets to 60%?
