its official trait, it was added in one of recent updates(about 3 months ago), your clan earn points by killing monsters, when your clan reach 1200 any clan member can request to obtain ticket to an instance, where you enter and kill monster/raids and by doing so you will obtain some items that can be exchanged to enchant scrolls/attribute stones from npc you can find in major towns.

i realised it after a quick google research.
i thought it was some features that were detected by the game. my bad.
