Im new here but recently found out that L2tower (Premium) Works on the server where i play (l2final)

And im wondering how id go about to get myself a Premium L2Tower Bot?
I found my way to manage Licenses
and saw this
"- PayPal (geddys@go2.pl) [Automatic if using forum form]"
Where is this form? i cannot find it
