but i have question, does owner of acc contact info fields are empty, can i change of mail if i buy, 90 days has go away of last change, if it requires it, then pm to me, i am intrested to buy tank, wanna know details

yes, the e-mail adresses(account names) can be changed.

I have been buying adena from tihig guy for a while and now I also bought a summoner.
Everything was as smooth as the adena trades.
All info was provided and I changed the name to an e-mail I even if the initial e-mail info was provided (incl security questions)

I recomment this guy!
