You had 3x90 days, no lifetime, or I miss something...

from logs you can see that you have created 3 premium license and 1 free license.
Cheak what hardwarekey you have on PC you want generate your premium licence. If it is different than 'ff82fa1a13b3aecaaa366f145d585f14'
than go to Tab "Manage Licenses"
next go to - View all your licenses
and press button Renew

Maybe I will allow to see expired licenses also...

or display remaining time when they have 1-2-3-4 days left
