Lineage 2 Tower Forum

So i tried to give out some hits for people that dont have time to grind but still want to be competitive:
1. Dont bot in swampland(lately gm's cleaned up swamp and they are still doing it from time to time)
2. When you set your bot, set it to pickup only drops from monsters(against invisible drops)
3. Try to watch your character(if you do this, from 30 seconds to 30 seconds or at random intervals its almost impossible to be banned with L2tower)
4. Avoid crowded places(dont be greedy... make some simple math in order to pick the right botting spot : (adena+xp)/(people hanging arround). also avoiding daily quest zones will help too)
5. Set upon death to return to ch/castle(if none are available to town will do. also a script that will close your client if you do not gain xp will help)
6. Avoid using "return to poing" setting on pve settings when grinding in a circle/square(i use distance from character wich works like a charm)
7. Team up, grind in shifts(aka getting at least 1 active party member that you can assist on... chain assisting will do when playing in a full bot pt)
8. Do not autofollow on close ranges (0-50, 50-100, etc)

if you follow #3 and #7 im 99% sure your cannot get banned.
i hope this will help someone avoid the banhammer...

they throw people arround to see how they react...

8. dont bot for 24/7

im using l2tower for months now. i was able to make 5 awakened characters using tis amazing program (ty clockman & geddys!). but my iss & tyrr got banned JUST NOW a few mins after i logged in. im just standing in aden doing nothing (tower is paused). im just wondering how they detect bot now.

Everyone think that if he is banned, its cause from his last login...

If you have been reported 1 month ago, your ban is just pending.

My clan m8 have been banned (70 lvl crafter) 1 month after while he stop botting. He leave his char without equip. and keep this char as WH. 1 month after (3-4 weeks) his last login with bot-software, he still got banned.

sorry for bad eng.

So from what I am getting, I shouldn't bot ever again or I will be banned? And even if I stop botting there is still a high chance that I will be?

According to ImbaDaimon, if you stop boting it won't help
If you never been reported, you might have a chance.
