I'm having trouble running the launcher of NCSOFT I wonder if somebody else had this problem and managed to solve, if anyone can help me I'm grateful

NCSOFT ISP (TELIA) blocking too many ip from all locations of the world, i open ticket in NCSOFT and say with Telia networkg admin, see the reply from Telia
