when I write / xcfg such error appears on my screen, anyone can learn how to fix it?

Use editor w/o logging.

This is going to sound really stupid.....but keep typing //xcfg and it will eventually open. I was having same issue but i just kept at it and it opened. Usually after 3 or 4 times. Worst was 8 times for me so far.
