Where i drop fortune pockets ?
anywhere, 85+ locations with way higher frequency than <85 locations
have a specific npc or nor ?
nope you randomly get them (lvl1) while hunting mobs, it's not a drop per se, it just appears in your inventory like energy of destruction etc
i killed 300 mob, and no drop =(
