Well folks I'm in trouble to create license , so I see I am not alone ,, I try to create and give this error !! " " THE SERVER REMOTE returned an error: (400 ) Bad Request . " " IF ANYONE CAN HELP THANK ,, I've tried everything ,, already downloaded OTHER TOWER AND NOTHING !!! Q WILL NOT PERMIT FREE FUCIONA MORE ??

I'm proble , l2tower ,, the license file is corrupted ,, already downloaded the other tower , already changed my password ,, already created another license file php .. more still continues with the same error ,, LICENSE FILE IS CORRUPTED ,, WHO THANK YOU CAN HELP .
Use a VPN and create your license after you are connected trough it
did you try create php ?
and you sure your proxy use simple get/post methods.
