Dont be afraid to use bot, if you get banned- well tough luck! Anyways its better than wasting 10hrs of my life actually playing it. Dont you see that there a lot of bots and threads about them on official forums? Make your own conclusions and choices

I can say only one thing, when you using bot, be ready to find one day your char in jail. If you not ready for this don't use...

I got it to work on bartz by removing gameguard.des process and with fyyre dlsetup and it worked like a charm for 2 weeks but now i cant for some reason :/

I am also having problems running my bot on the chronos server... I been trying everything from updating my net framework and other things, I was finally able to stop gameguard but when i tried to inject it into my process it crashed my lineage 2 giving me a "world loop" error...


Gameguard has done something because it wont let me cancel it ever if I try to I get an error in game immediately stating "game guard failed". I have been messing with it for a few days now with no fix...

Also as a follow up I did notice that this file named npggNT embedded itself into my rundll32.exe file which was not letting me cancel certain gameguard functions which is weird so I was able to cancel that file all together after rebooting my computer and this may have been why I couldn't cancel GameGuard before.. Not sure.

restart computer, remove game guard, replace no gameguard dll, check if service is not running, copy l2.bin to l2.exe, run from l2.exe

1st up, my answer is not intended to be in any way destructive towards l2tower, its a great bot-program, BUT

I used tower on retail for 2h and got banned. It could have been a coincidence for sure, but, keep in mind that, as far as i know, l2tower is designed for private servers so on retail it is probably not that hard to detect.

Im not an expert, this is just my 1st hand experience. I play l2 since C1, botted like hell on retail b4 using ingame walker never got banned.
I have gotten banned with oog walker and stopped using it. This time i started botted with tower, 2h later i was banned. Draw whatever conclusion you like from this.

AGAIN: I AM NOT DISCREDITING l2tower! its a great tool and i loved using it on privates, also, the fact that i got banned may have just been bad luck, its up to you to decide.

also, if ur having trouble using it on retail, because of there beeing no l2.exe. Change l2.bin to l2.exe and it works. Save a backup of the .bin tho else NClauncher stops detecting l2 and u cant update.

I bot on retail I had 2 clients with l2tower injected, only the one that was boting and probably got reported countless times by report button was banned, the other still got it till now, and i got the bot is injected on it always and over 16h+ a day, so obviously the ban reason isn't having l2tower injected or GG being disabled, but its merely depend on GM monitoring you.

ban was permanent?
or only for some period of time?
