Name space of l2 or l2t. Only english chars. Mby that is problem

install .net 3.5 4.0. 4.5

beta 5b all worked well ! I upgrade in 135, is I have this problem of

I tried to search after my problem in forum, but I didn't find anything about this.I got this error, when i'm trying update the l2T. What can be the solution?
