problem AccountLimitBypassMode

Please guys I need a lot of help, I am unable to use l2 tower on the official lineage2 Infinite Odyssey.
I'm using the new update of L2 tower version 1.4.2.134
I downloaded the new Dsetup.dll-v7-beta
my problem is to configure the dsetup_settings.ini
when you open the file:

AccountLmitBypassMode = 2
= 15 TPS
Nickrange = 4000
why the way this up when I try to enter the bot nothing happens. What should I do, and if someone can teach me step by step.
