tried 1 and 2
show your dsetup_settings.ini file.
make an attachment to post, don't copy/paste it.
or use my file, it works fine with it.

unzip it first!
(forum doesn't allow to attach .ini file types, so i had to zip it).
I got it working. I didn't realize you had to put both items in the folder.
