Tower will work today after official server update? or we need to wait 1-2 days till new update or fix?

always after updates when changed skils,regions and mobs , bots programs are not stable

There will probably be over 9000 topics about this.
You will have to wait for the devs to update Tower.
It will, most likely not work.
Thre is not ETA regarding when Tower will be fixed but it will take anywhere from a few hours to a few days
