Yes

if it is different , do you mean a different packet sent to server ?
it seems all the commands perform the same action from the same action shortcuts

and how about L2tower GUI pickup?

First one u can block movement , it can be used to pickup only in ur location, without running.
Second im not sure but i mean u can pick specific things like pickup herb of mana.. But i repeat im not sure about that.
And third its like u press a f1 f2..
