Plz help, still no idea what to do

Hi.
I have got same problem but only new windows helped.
PPl told me that it was because of old fremaworck or because i havent
deleted l2 defender. Try to do same.

Also check file dsetup.dll it must be new 154 kb .
swith off antivirus.
log in true administrator.
Or download new l2tower.
