My ips are flagged and my computers too. If I go with my laptop to a public ip or change my ip at home and reg an account it is banned in 1 hour. If I use another computer with my ip at home the account is banned in 1 hour. So the only solution is to buy a new pc and change ip till it gets flagged or do you have anything else?

Use a VPN to do this or try to format the pc to get a new HWID
