like the tittle of this thread says , i was running l2tower before no problem , but now when i try to run it it tells me L2.exe stop working even before the login window shows up.
after that i tried to delete l2tower and re-download it.
when i tryed to update it it gives me an error.
my computer is runing on windows 8
what am i doing wrong? . can someone guide me to the right path ? lol

ok, so i turned the Antivirus off and was able to update L2Tower.
now i was looking for L2.exe in the system folder and its not there anymore.
i copied L2.BIN and changed the name to L2.EXE , but when i try to load L2Tower with that file it says its not compatible with windows x64.
is there a way around that?
so now i just have the problem where it says l2.exe has stop working before i even see the lineage 2 login window.
now im back to just the l2.exe has stop working.
antivirus is off .
after a restart i get to the login window but i get gameguard error 620
