Lineage 2 Tower Forum

Hello all, I am using Visual Studio 2010 which wont work properly with .Net 4.5 . Is there any way to run Tower with .Net 4.0?
How can i solve this problem?
Changing to other version of VS isnt option for few months at least

1.4.1.128 require 4.0 and visual studio 2013 redistribute package
