I have Fortune Pockets in inventory? Where i got them? Is it event only or they will allways be "placed in inventory" somehow?
I have it on all chars with and without pick up , any idea?
u get it randomly when exping and its auto placed in your inventory
at every 85+ spot? And its just event or those will "drop" forever? Like energy of destruction?
cant say about 85+ spots, im not botting for the next 10 days for safety reasons, but i do get it at 85- at very low rate.

You get them at 85+ as it has nothing to do with lvl but with when the new Luc stat activates as you kill mobs.
You can trade them and combain them to get lvl 3 and then use them on low lvl toons to xp them fast.
i have been getting them in lower level areas, so it's not just 85+
