i think it's same for win server 2003.

not valid Win32 application is because missing .net 4.5.
Anyway Windows 2003 & XP are not fully supported in Visual Studio 2013.
I could downgrade bu I had hope that I can drop support for that death systems.
Hmm, I will release in sunday version that works on these systems...
