Lineage 2 Tower Forum

Hello,
Srry if there is another thread about this, i`ve used search and there were none.
Before i did a reinstall of windows on my pc L2towerHelp.exe worked ok, now everytime i wanna open it, i get this error:

when i get such errors, i install all versions of .net frameworks that i can find.

I tried a lot of versions and now suddenly it works after installing some sort of fully package net framework 4.5
