- Added extra security checks in actions (to limit possibility of sending invalid packets)
- Fixed problem with character titles.
- Fixed Script->Include method and added Plugin->Include
- Some minor improvements in packet management (added new methods to PacketReader, see L2TowerHelp)
- Fixed bug with ground skills in OnMagicSkillUse event
