Hi,
can u update the api to 1.4.1.118 ? http://l2tower.eu/api/create.php

It works when i use it to generate 1.4.1.112 HEX (for 1.4.1.112 l2tower.exe)
but when i try do this for 1.4.1.118 (after updating l2tower from 1.4.1.112 to 1.4.1.118) the file is corrupted.

not working

417 Error when i try to create license (thats why im using /api/create.php)

i tried creating exception for win7 firewall, disabling firewall, disabling antivirus - i'm getting 417 all the time

Finally solved: i used cyberghost vpn and clicked "create license file"
No other s**t like create.php worked for me
